Policies:

What clients can expect from me:

·     All my clients are treated with respect and dignity.

·     Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.

·     I provide a competent and professional session each time my clients come for an appointment, addressing the client’s specific needs for that session.

·     Clients may reach me directly or via voice mail from 9:00am to 6:00pm.  I return calls within 24 hours unless I am out of town.

·     I do not provide direct billing for insurance, but will gladly provide a receipt for your reimbursement process.

·     Appointments are confirmed the day before the session and follow up calls for first time customers are made the day after.  If you do not wish to receive calls, please let me know.

·     I perform services for which I am qualified and able to do, and refer to appropriate specialists when work is not within my scope of practice and/or not in the client’s best interest.

·     If I need to cancel an appointment, I do so within 24 hours whenever possible.  If I cancel the appointment in less than 24 hours, I provide a 50 percent discount with the client’s next session.

·     Clients are draped with a sheet at all times during the session.  Only the parts of the body being worked on are exposed at any time.  Genitals are never exposed or massaged.

·     I offer a 100% guaranteed massage service.  If you are not satisfied with the massage you received I will refund your money.

My requirements of clients:

·     Payment is expected at the time the service is rendered.

·     Sessions begin and end at scheduled times.  Sessions begun late due to the client arriving late end at the appointed time and are full price.

·     If cancellation is necessary, please give 24 hour notice so I can fill your time.  If you do not provide notice in a timely manner or at all, I will require payment at the time you schedule your next appointment.  Emergency cancellations are determined on a case by case basis.

·     Be present (not under the influence of alcohol or drugs).

·     Sexual harassment is not tolerated.  If the practitioner’s safety feels compromised, the session will be stopped immediately.

·     This office is a smoke free environment.

·     Be clean, having showered the same day as the treatment.

·     For your comfort, do not eat a heavy meal less than two hours prior to the session.
